Clarity Watermark Fluid was developed under the guidance and with the cooperation of the American Philatelic Society (APS) to allow collectors a way to safely inspect watermarks and repairs on stamps.

This formulation contains no solvents, no CFC's, no HCFC's, and will not affect inks and adhesives on the stamp. The materials are non-flammable, non-toxic, and nonhazardous which makes Clarity safe to use at home.
