German Notgeld Vol 13 The Paper Money of the German Railways and the Reichspost
n addition to the expenses of public institutions related to the Reichsbahn and the Reichspost, e.g. Unions, also previously unlisted issuing offices were included. While 160 issuers were listed in the first edition, there are now almost 190.
In addition to new editions, all variants were revised and newly verified series documented and the catalog evaluations updated.
The new edition is illustrated in full color with almost 950 illustrations, which means that the degree of illustration increased significantly compared to the first edition and so did the determination of historical bank and post office bills is further facilitated.
An additional overview map of the Reichsbahn directorates in the 1920s facilitates regional assignment.
With the new catalog, which appears as volume 13 in the popular “German Notgeld” series, there is another important work on the history of German money that should not be missing in any library of emergency money and regional collectors.
