Handsome, durable 3-ring binder features tough leatherette material that is washable. These durable, reinforced, binders have metal hinges for long wear. With the three ring binder, pages lay flat; the rings make turning pages easy. The locking mechanism insures that the rings wonﾒt pop open even when the binder is full.
